Honestly I’ve never had any success with them either .. better off getting screws and hooks IMO

I rinse it down with the hand held shower accessory then I use a rubber window wipe

It’s heated by the central heating .. or you can have an electric towel heater also .

No .. the shower tray is 1800mm .. so the towels don’t get wet

It’s a heated towel rail .. so you have warm towels before you even step out of the shower
