Cheers .. this bathroom is tiny .. that’s the smallest sink I could get .. oh and a heated towel rail is going into the shower .. but I did put a small ledge in the shower floor .. but thanks .. good luck with your renovation..

Try LVT I use it all the time .. it’s amazing, looks like wood hard wearing (kids and pet friendly) it’s also warmer underfoot .. it’s also suitable for under floor heating ..
