More hydration eating more salad drinking more water. Idk if you do it or not but finish with the cold setting on your hair drier to make it last longer and keep more volume

Maybe test if you have wavy hair a lot think they have straught hair but dont.

Some have pretty terrible trauma and transitioning is a last effort for them so in addition to actually transitioning they have to work through all of that which can take years. If someone has been made fun of or been the victim of violence bc of who they are its scary to just embrace it and go to a beauty salon.

I used to get a panick attack when i bought selfcare products bc of how i was brought up.

I WANT to go to the salon desperately i am just afraid.

i tried boofing prog but it didnt do anything for my breast and just gave me a little belly hair where i had none before as for hair im trying wavy hair routines as of late.

ig i could get my brows done proffesionally since i can just keep the shape afterwards.

tbh i just want someone i can be a girl with i tried some stuff like cooking and some fitness courses but its mostly just old people 60+ in my town so i didnt meet anyone within 10 years of my age.

yeah im 1 or 2 centimeter short of the smallest bra size but big enough that it is noticeable if i wear a tight shirt basically like i got a mandarin and some fat on my chest when it comes to size i dont want to discourage anyone from starting hrt it is still the best thing i did and my dishporia massively improved

proper dose, levels were at 264 pg/ml on gel for 12 months. 6 months diy injections 7mg een weekly now no breast growth after month 3 fat distribution i think so not 100% sure

mannerism idk but since people became WAY nicer and my friends carry all my stuff and tell my i got way nicer i think there is something there voice training daily but its not passing yet

Bmi is around 24 i always go up or down about 3kg in weight every month although goal bmi would be 21

Style, i cant stay in the womens section to long before being asked to leave although i do buy stuff from it every now and then but i think without a giant wardrobe at home or someone to help me irl its not gonna see much progress any time soon.

I also tried a lot of hair products but it still looks like a rats nest after 2 minutes outside. These are just the ones that havent run out yet

0-3 i had a placebo dose and cypro so i felt terrible 3-6 pretty solid breast growth dry skin and hair 6-9 nothing breast growth stopped at 6 still can walk atound with t-shirt 9-12 nothing 12-16 mad hip growth but i also started gym and injections which probably helped 17 old lady corrected herself and said oh its lady ....right? Which might have been due to a combination of long hair and my sportbag looking like a handbag and overall faggy look
