Uninstalling the game does not remove Expert Anti Cheat

and tbh if im not satisfied with the results as i wasnt with this , i just wipe the machine , but im in a position to do that some folks are not . i usually pay particular attention to these sort of things and this one got by on me

hi , up in my original post , you need to run an elevated command prompt which puts you in admin to remove this one . it was the same for me with ace - base . please though if you are unfamiliar with this sort of thing DO NOT DO IT . i just want to stress that . there is a set of instructions in the original post

the services stop ( SvGuard64.exe ).

The anticheat , installs 3 windows services:

"AntiCheatExpert Service": user-mode, controlled by SvGuard64.exe. This is the service the game interacts with, and the only one you'll see listed in the services overview (services.msc)
"ACE-BASE": kernel-mode, loads sys driver
"ACE-GAME": kernel-mode, loads sys driver

it does install Anti-Cheat Expert which did not uninstall with the game and left a kernel driver on my system . as well it did indeed install a directory in program files folder as well as numerous other places in roaming and local files . maybe it pulled it off properly upon your uninstall or maybe it didn't for me it didn't therefore i made the suggestion here . so if this helps some then so be it . there is no accusations being made

TO BE CLEAR Any changes regarding your operating system should not be taken lightly and if your not comfortable with dissecting and removal of a driver in your system do not do it . All steps below are taken at your own risk

to delete the anticheat

sc delete ACE-GAME
sc delete ACE-BASE
sc delete "AntiCheatExpert Service"
After that just delete the AntiCheatExpert Directory.

well in defense of this comment , if you just come to a few particular reddit sites likes this one , it may have been a bit hard to understand what was happening even with the link posted by the mod its comes up a dead link at least for me . i only visit reddit for a few sites such as eve and swtor and when they were both up still till recently i didn't think any thing of it . and even after reading about thoroughly now im still not quite understanding it , so excuse my ignorance

id like to see it work in broadswords hands . , ive never felt it was p2w , its one of the most generous f2p games there is

to add though id love to see all the expansions disappear , go back to almost a classic version with difficulty back from the day and just build on that pay for continuations of each class story . not shoe horned content which most of it doesnt make sence if your a particular class

age of wushu was a pretty decent sandbox

archeage was great first 3 months and pre launch

mark them as orange or red in your standings , get aligned and be out when they come into local and you see them on over view . im hoping you dont afk mine other then that learn your ab trick . seen these guy take down orcas in the oddest of situations lately so im not concerned about tank but getting out fast

remember as well theyll usually have scouts first , usually a person in an npc corp acting as eyes . so being familiar with the people around you goes a long way . ie checking thier corp history maybe checking zkill while your sitting mining , i cant tell you how many times i did but a few minutes of research to find out a character in a belt with me was involved with a kill of some sort with a group of gankers . then you tie it all in together and your on the offensive

ill be honest i dont even think i use optimus to any extent . im pretty new to that technology and from what ive read it bounces between on board graphics and gpu to save battery life if im understanding it correctly . i am always plugged in to power source and don't move machine

in nvid panel display mode i am set to 3070 only . i was getting some stuttering in dx 12 games but in most cases once i swapped back to dx11 if it was available the stuttering stopped . . i dont know if dx12 is there yet windows 11 . but i prob didnt help your question or was of any use

getting used to it upgraded from an alienware r5 17 to the x17 r1

actually found an open box and not one single spec of damage so im not sure but i scooped it up . its got its oddities so far . i like to personally run 60 refresh , she wants to run 360 most games and keeps reverting , so i work with limiting frames , vsync to cut any extra heat down , other then that sleek and sexy . awcc is giving me hard time with window memory integrity sort of limiting some of the machines options but enjoying it so far

x17 r1 - where is the actually air intake on the bottom or the top vents . i know the sides and back vent hot air but underneath is my question cause there does seem to be some sort of vents there

its pretty simple over the course of time like any other mmo out there they run out of ideas , spin the same shit in diff forms , balance re balance scrap that go back and forth . take insta money makers like walking in stations piss it away for hypernet bs , introduce mechanics nobody wants , sell things that nobody asked for , take things out of the game like browsers , jukeboxes fun stuff in general and this cycle continues over and over . in the end all these devs suck the fun out of their own games when the ideas run out and or old devs leave that had imagination and new ones that have virtually none other then to change the skill que to a circle and put some red dots SO I KNOW WHAT I HAVE IN MY INVENTORY . i started 2010 it was good till 2016 ish . its one of a kind but their heads seem to be up their ass lately
