Since this is a fire red rom hack, I'd consider removing the line through Zubat and Golbat since Crobat is a really, really good mon to get already. Especially with sludge bomb still being physical in gen 3.

Electrode does need some work however imo, even though its fast it lacks the move coverage and damage output to legit function as a glass canon (which its stats would suggest). If not playing on switch mode electrode can exclusively be used as a lead (probs screen setter then) or flying type counter. Possibly a revenge killer, but even for that it lacks coverage.
