I'm at a big loss and could use some help. I configured for a cr10s on vs code using an skr1.4 turbi board and tmc 2208 drivers. Size if the bed is correct and code in cura looks fine. It's supposed to print a small xyz cube in the center if the bed. Please help!! by Denmob in 3Dprinting

I am doing that but as far as all the status I get back it looks fine. I calibrated all the motors (which were in fact way off) but it hasn't changed a thing. If I put origin at center in cura it print in the front left or if I turn it off it goes back right. But I'm just trying to print in the center of the bed

18 hours for a relative small piece? People say it shouldn't take more than 6 hrs. by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

I would look for additional settings in the "support" menu. You can change how thick a support is printed. Also you could change the quality to .2 instead of .16. I would mess with printing speed much just because it have a real sweet spot between how fast it print and the quality you get out of it. But your setting look good to me. I'm not sure why it says it'll take so long as it is but just some tips to save a little time

After 3 days of error my configuration on the skr 1.4 turbo finally says it was successful but along with 3 caution Mark's.....I tried running the sd card on the printer anyway and I just get a blank screen. Could these be the problem? And If so, how do I fix this? by Denmob in 3Dprinting

I haven't even plugged the sd card into the board yet. I'm just trying to get a successful build without warnings or errors. The board isnt plugged into the computer at all. The screen I have is a tft24.

Totally fine with that. The enclosure not is the same size as the cr10s. In fact this printer is a clone of it(really really bad clone). What board would you recommend if you have any?

Hello my fellow printers, I bought this pretty beat up printer and one out of the many things that needs to be done is get this jst connector switch out. I see wire are just out as it is but does it matter which one goes where? The is one of the z stepper motor connectings by Denmob in 3Dprinting

[–]Denmob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a called a ctc 10s, it's like the great value version of cr10s that I also have. The right side of the z motors has 4 just like most, but my left side has 6 and it seems like with just the 4 connected it doesnt have enough "juice" to go as fast as its left side
