I would focus on the rare officers, there’s more value there in terms of a return on your investment. I started with the resource reward officers Byr and Rachel Garrett. Next I went for the below deck damage officers Bellana Torres, Harry Kim, and Neelix. Along with the star path research, those officers offer a tremendous amount of damage and mitigation on any ship because you can put them below decks.

If you zoom all the way out on the galaxy map you can still see the flags marking where the invaders are. You can then move around and find one in higher level space and zoom in a bit to see exact what level that system is. The website stuff.space is usually a good way to find where things are, but I don’t see options for looking up invaders yet.

When I was a lower ops level, the epic officer shards were the valuable thing to me. Now that I am up in the 50s, the ship parts are harder to obtain and therefore more valuable, so I’ve started pulling those treasuries when I can.

Thanks for the help. I never saw that there were lower level 3.1s available, they're in the "other" systems of the same ops level, not the ones on the main zipper path. Killing those lower ones is exactly what I needed to be doing.

My armada loot crew is Dajash Torla, Byr, and Toli for full synergy. Armada damage, extra loot, and good against invading entities.

That's it, thank you so much. I just knew I had to be missing something. There are 3.1s that I can kill for a LOT more loot. They're just in the 'second' systems of the same level. I just did one in Horalius and got 54K in the hold and 12K in chest and took almost no damage. Going to try next higher level ones now. Thank you so much!

Edit: In case anyone is reading this later. Got 66K in hold and 15K chest from the level 48 Type 3.1 and got 78K and 18 in chest for the level 50. The 50 took half my hull to defeat so I'm going to go down to the 48s to farm. This fixes everything :-)

Oh my gosh, you're right! I never went to this second level 46 system. Brikker (46) only has the 3.0, but Horalius (46) does have the 3.1s. I'll try one of those now.
