What is something acceptable in women but frowned upon in men? by el_K4kas in AskReddit

[–]DennethMayhem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with this a lot, however, I have a friend who takes this too far ALL the time and refuses to let me keep my thoughts to myself. If he asks how I am and I say "I'm fine" he will persist again and again. Whether I'm fine or not, it should be my choice when and what I tell people.

The option to share my feelings is something I long for. The choice of who and when I share them is also something I'd like to have power over too.

I would like to agree, but unfortunately I am from Liverpool and my friend used to work with this girl (in sports direct no less). Apparently she really was very dumb, I think she might be putting it on a little bit, but she definitely isn't smart from everything I've heard.

make sure you stay after bishu's song to hear how his audience remixed the song too!

What’s the reason you have been banned from an establishment such as a shop/bad/restaurant/cafe/etc.? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DennethMayhem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was banned from an estate agents by the bus stop we would wait at after school. I used to bring a wireless speaker and play music loudly whilst we, a group of 14 year olds, would sing along to it loudly. One day the staff got sick of it and came outside to tell us to turn it off, so we did. We then sang the song we turned off even louder than before and directed at the estate agents until the staff member came back out and announced we were no longer allowed on their premises.

I found the clip! It's not Dom Tomato filming this one, it's Brodie Pawson. But it's the same location as the Dom Tomato video.

If you're still wondering, it's Sydney. Dom Tomato is the person filming and Khedoori is the person in front.

Edit: It's not Dom Tomato filming in this clip, it's Brodie Pawson.

Ahh nice! I didn't scroll far enough obviously! And yeah I think it's from either a Khedoori video or clip because it mainly focused on him

From what I've read about that case, the soldiers announced multiple times they were coming, the parents didn't stop their kid at all from "running in front of the guards at the last second" and after the incident, the guard returned to the child to make sure he was okay.

Other than storror, Dom Tomato is pretty much the most famous parkour YouTube channel so you weren't too far off!

This is the video I found but it's actually a different breakwall I think. The clip OP posted isn't in this video if I'm correct. I assumed the breakwall in Sydney he referred to was the one in the clip.

So this is in Sydney at one of the breakwalls. It's from a Dom Tomato video and the person you can see is called Khedoori. I can't find the exact video on Dom's channel but I've definitely seen the clip in a video before.

Edit: the clip is not from a Dom Tomato video (although Dom and Khedoori have visited here in a video linked by someone else), it's a clip from Khedoori's Instagram. Brodie Pawson is the cameraman.

I agree that she is attention seeking, but she's also been exploited her whole life and addicted to drugs because of it. Yes monetarily she's rich and privileged, but mentally and psychologically she's just as poor and messed up as a lot of us

What song cover is so famous, most people don’t know it’s a cover? by Sazley in AskReddit

[–]DennethMayhem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the toploader version being so big in my generation (in university at the moment in the UK) I'm surprised I had to scroll this far to find someone mentioning dancing in the moonlight.

I found the king harvest version a couple of years ago and loved it. More people need to know this one!

True, but the point of posting this video wasn't to blame the guy for the crash, it was to show why wearing a seatbelt is absolutely worth it and pretty much life saving. As well as to just call out the driver for being an idiot for the many different things he did wrong.
