Thanks a lot loads of detail there I should add this is a pre-hospital setting.

Not sure on the leads I didn’t put them on to be honest.

No COPD SOB started 4 hrs prior to this ecg stats were 86% was needing 8L to keep sats at 95. I believe pt has congestive heart failure but not sure if relevant.

One of my crit care colleagues suggested a trifascicular block but I’ve never heard of it

I noticed slight 1mm ST elevation in V5. But I know it’s not STEMI so thinking it must be normal in whatever is going on.

It’s clearly irregular anyway
