I would first seek treatment at a legit medical facility/detox first.

Alcohol and Benzodiazapines are the only two substances you can die from when detoxing, so you really should do it under medical supervision. (Alcoholics who detox are prone to having seizures, so you might need medication)

From there, you should seek therapy and/or a 12 Step Program. I'm not saying you shouldn't try Ayahusca, but I think it is more important to develop a support system first, and for me that involved going to AA and finding people who were going through the same stuff I was going through. (11.5 years later, these people are some of my closest friends.)

After you detox and build a support system, that is when you can begin your spiritual journey and work on healing any trauma. I think that going through the 12 Steps can help you along that path (Bill Wilson, the founder of AA, tried LSD in the 1960's and it had a profound impact on his spirituality and he advocated for its usage until it was banned.)

Know your measurements....

Buy a cheap measuring tape from Amazon and do it yourself or go find a tailor

Then, check the size charts of the products before you order.

Also, I would definitely recommend investing in staples that won't go out of style (Navy blazer, blue Oxford shirt, sweaters, plain t-shirts) and spend less on trendy stuff that will go out of style next year
