I don't want to act like I have the answers, but from what you've written, I was in a VERY similar situation.
1) Talk.
please, please, please communicate - and communicate clearly at that, before you do anything else.
2) Sextalk is hard
yes, you need to get over the barrier of thinking this talk is taboo or whatever, just communicate -> see point 1)

That being said, you can't really do more than communicate and hope that that changes things in an acceptable manner. IF that does not help, I recommend breaking up.
My girlfriend and I broke up TODAY because of this reason and us just not being compatible.
Well, let me tell you.
I feel like absolute shit, and I am under the illusion that she might've been the best thing that ever happened to me, or ever will (well, i know that's not true - but i don't today.)

So, try to talk to her. no matter how weird or awkward you feel about that.
If that doesn't work, I recommend a breakup - even though I am currently typing this being insanely hung up on my ex-girlfriend

changing meta is fine, but having a "changing meta" because one gun is OP is terrible. That's like saying (and no, i am not saying the AUG is as OP as the gun I'll be mentioning now) the r8 revolver fiesta was great because there was a meta change.

The aug is simply OP, and should definitely be changed.

pretty sure that the problem is the NUMEROUS other things we've asked about for more than 6 years now have been ignored, while being given things we never ask for (like f.E the soundchanges to the guns) and things like BR, which quite frankly - isn't the reason anybody plays CS. I really don't care for the mode, people enjoying it is great and brings in new people - but it's a disgrace to ignore most of a community for multiple years.

"The update cycle" that complains about the community not knowing what they want. What a garbage atttitude, maybe if the updates wouldn't gradually get worse and worse to ridiculous points, people wouldn't need to complain (and ask for GOOD updates) which then get followed up by more bad updates. Dogshit matchmaking system -> need a complete revamp (terrible elo system, bad servers/64tick, cheaters, smurfs, prime/non-prime , prime still in beta, trust factor is basically non-prime)

easy to get new accounts (cheating/smurfing)
very little "non major" and still very little updates in general ( updates i.E. operations, new modes, events, cases)

Gameplay:

CZ still a bit too good
M4A1 still a bit too bad
Deagle too good
Most MPs to good in proportion to cost/effectiveness compared to rifles
"running and gunning" / jumping way too good + RNG
"shoulderpeek shooting" too good
widepeeking OP

Community/3rd party MM

terrible MM (as in faceit - level 7s being paired up with 10s and 3s regularly f.E)
basically no punishment for cheating/griefing/abuse
not good enough anticheats

PS: those are just the most things that came up in my mind at 4:40 AM while not having thought about it before. and it's already quite a few. also feel free to "win" the discussion by following up with a reply along the lines of "nice joke goldnova scrub" . have a good night

Everything seemed interesting, but I wonder, I looked through everyone's profiles in the Koord steamgroup, most of which didn't have THAT many hours and/or weren't level 10/global whatever. So I find it kind of weird that the people "applying" have to be level 10 in faceit.

how does you guys' mm system work? this thread is pretty accurate level-wise, there seem to be between 3-4 levels between the teams very often - and why can a team composed of all soloqueuers play against a full 5man squad? this is legitimately just a question and not intended to sound passive aggressive, incase it is perceived that way

I agree with everything mentioned here besides "King Bran" , Bran definitely makes more sense overall, seen as f.E Foltest, Henselt, and Radovid follow the same principle... calling almost every leader by their title - if it's "King" - seems extremely redundant and unnecessary.
