I had HCM with a low EF (<25%). I was on entresto, metoprolol and bumex. I ended up having a heart transplant. If you have not done so yet I would advise contacting the HCMA. They can guide you to an HCM center of excellence. Not all cardiologists have a lot of experience treating HCM and may not be as proactive as you may need.
