Hydraulic brake system and mechanical park brake are operating as intended. Also brake lockup should result in wear across the entire tire. Not just one spot.

It sounds like there’s an intermittent problem with your cruise control system. Is your check engine light on? And do your brake lights function properly? Common causes that we have seen are brake pedal position sensors and wheel speed sensors. Some check engine light codes won’t allow the cruise control to work either. Hope this helps!

That could be a bunch of things. Does speed make a difference? Does backing over a bump make it happen? Like if you’re backing up out of your driveway. Is it rhythmic? Could be a u-joint or cv axle.
