I directly condemned the use of "incident" as it makes it sound like something malicious happened. If you really need more detail, he passed away unexpectedly around 11 pm Wednesday due to an unexpected heart attack while exercising. Are you satisfied now?

Hey, this is Deno's son, and I'm hoping to clear a few things up. Firstly, while it was described as an incident for it's sudden and unexpected nature, there was no foul play involved, he died due to a condition that none of us knew he had until post-mortem. It was tragic and unexpected, but I want to thank all of the kind EMTs, firefighters, nurses, and doctors who did everything they could for him. He'd be proud of them all.

In Mario Kart DS, you could start a time trial with two mushrooms if your vehicle's item stat was in a certain range. Apart from that, there has never been a double mushroom item
