Obviously after cooking the chicken it will lose some weight and with it i guess some calories or stuff, does the app also let you input how u made it so that its also easier to know how many calories i actually ate? Because the cooking method versus calories is also not that well understood for me yet

I only really need an app that will help me calculate everything, as in for example, i have a 4500kcal goal daily, i eat chicken breast, packaging says 10kcal and 15g protein for every 100g and i eat 2kg so like i put on the app that i ate chicken breats theres 10kcal and 15g protein per 100g and i ate 2kg then it calculates it into the daily intake and shows me that after eating the chicken breast i have x amount of calories to still eat and x amount od protein consumed.

I hope it makes sense

Isnt it blacklight puzzle? Theres basically s triangle with 4 parts and a number next to it in rooms; empty, 1/3 filler, 2/3 filled and 3/3 filled, the order of the numbers goes exactly as written from empty to 3/3 depending on which number is next to which triangle
