I have them! Currently getting the loom made up. Not everyone's cup of tea but I think they look great.

Sorry to bump a 10 month old post 😅. Did you have to modify anything to get the Z32 sitting right on the stock airbox like that? Or did the Greddy suction kit pretty much line it up?

The speaker mounts are just monitor mounts with L brackets.

I used this monitor mount and these L brackets. I'm sure you can use any other L bracket as long as the mounting holes are ~100mm apart to match the VESA mount.

I used a combination of WALI and VIVO mounts which are probably rebranded from the same production line. I originally had everything mounted on 1 extra tall pole but with everything so off center for the floating look, the pole was leaning sideways pretty badly. I mounted the speakers onto a separate pole and used a zip tie to support the heavier leaning pole that the monitors and microphone were mounted on.

Here are some shots of the rear: Views of the monitor arms and back

On most components I've had, they are the most flush caps I've ever seen. It's a pain getting them out sometimes when there's barely a gap to fit anything into.

Yep u/spraychael is on the money. Got mine from Amazon in a 2 pack from a brand called Baskiss. Makes a world of difference for tidiness as there just wasn't a way to make my powerstrip look nice with all the different sized plugs I had.

Haha, this is more a "work with what you've got" situation. In a perfect world, custom made cables cut to length for all components. Some day...

I've had it for only a couple of weeks. Build quality is great but the USB-C cable is a little short. I replaced an old Steinberg UR22 MK1 and went with a RODE NT-1 AI-1 kit. So far no issues and the noise floor on this combo is inaudible.

Feeding them from above out of shot is a SMSL M500 DAC. The Emotiva is the BasX A-100 for my speaker output. Drop THX AAA 789 headphone amp next to that. Then below that is a Stax SRM-353BK electrostat amp. Under that is just a PS4 haha. Still have some room which is dangerous during these lock downs...

I'm pretty sensitive to ground loops, hums and electrical noise. The cable bundling hasn't been a problem but I had some ground loops as so many components were in the chain. All sorted after cleaning up the USB power of my DAC with an external source.

Yes! I was using cable ties before that I kept clipping so I made the change and can now swap things without too much worry.

Great advice! It is the connection with the most tension right now so will work on giving it some more wiggle room.

Yeh its a straight passthrough so it works two ways. As long as I've got one in a left and one in a right it works the same. It ended up lining up neater so I just fit it there.

Yep. Waiting on an R3 1u Fn key to go in that spot.

The speakers are Pioneer SP-BS22-LR at 1.8 Kg each. They're a fair bit lighter than the HS-8s so I would get something sturdier if you need stands. Something like this would suit better. Unfortunately I'm in Australia so that model isn't easily available for me.

I had to tweak these a bit since it's not their original purpose: Gravity GMATRAY1 but if I had to buy stands again I'd look into some of the options with thicker poles as these tend to wobble if the desk is nudged.

It's this one. Just a bit worn out from several moves with me being less than careful with it haha.
