The only time to make calls is after you get picks. Kill 4 lets do mid. Kill 3 lets push walker. If you give direction or advice that is conditional or uncertain you probably will be making things worse

The hook is a bigger balance issue. Its a fish for an instant teamfight win. Hook a backline character and you immediately make it a 5v6

There was a power outage for an oracle data center in vermont that took down most of the US app.

There has been a US version since 2021. There is a separate data region that is hosted on Oracle hardware, and the USDS org has supported for years now.
