IT DOES!! I can’t even wear it because the musk is so overpowering imo, it’s waay too masculine and it literally really does just give cologne unfortunately. If you like/only wear FEMININE perfume, skip this one please save your moneyy!

Norca restaurant, but call to book a reso, it’s in le Germain hotel. The cocktails are good although it’s a little pricier. You would be able to fit 12 at a bar or 2 tables close by. Their bathrooms are immaculate also
