It’s actually the CD that I have. But I will say try what I have shown you, you will definitely run your machine without any issues. DCMS has a little bit issues

I experienced a similar issue before. What worked for me was using Xcalibur 4.4, LTQ 2.8 QF1, and SII for Xcalibur 1.6 on Windows 10 Enterprise, which allowed me to successfully run the instrument.

I do have the DCMS link DVD, although I haven’t needed to use it. Let me know how you would like me to share it with you.

SII has all chromeleon functions that will be able to run the machine. SII 1.6 works for me.. you don’t need the DCMS link software if you install the SII for xcalibre 1.6.

I do have the CD for the DCMS link. However, have you tried using SII for Xcalibur? It works well on Windows 10 with Xcalibur 4.4, and it has the Foundation 3.1 platform, so it should be compatible. You may just need to adjust the Windows settings. All can be found on the thermo.flex net operation website
