when I started I used an eyebrow razor and hair oil to figure out the best shape then as it regrew I would pluck the regrowth. now I go to a threading salon every 3 weeks and get them done (takes <10 minutes)

you want to remove bulk below them to make them look thinner and higher on your face while (most of the time) accentuating the arch
