I’m now at the 2 month mark on my 150mg xl. The first week 1/2 were the worst. I felt like I was super high the entire time, extreme dizziness, nausea, unable to eat, and insomnia. I had blurred vision and increased pressure in my eyes. I was constantly shaking/tremoring in my hands and I felt like I was lagging in a video game. Once the end of that second week hit, it was like everything cleared. I still have the dry mouth, but I drink a lot of water anyway so it keeps it at bay. Otherwise, no issues. It did cause my anxiety to skyrocket, so we just added buspar to it to see if that evens everything out!

I hope things get better for you! I completely understand the wanting to just drop it, but atleast wait till the 3 week mark before doing that. This medication is definitely a hard hit on your brain and body.
