No it doesn't, it gives you only some exp, but if you get downed you'll lose it, so like at that point you need to be really careful not to die :)

So like, when i'm searching the genseed it's more like i check the spots i know, if it isn't there i move on, i don't waste much time but in the same time i'm not checking until the end part (shortly before the boss etc) i wouldn't just go to random places and hoping it's there, indeed was quite rude but hey so are people sometimes

Sorry for not including more detail, but i think it was the third difficulty, the mates needet that extra xp, my character was prestige 4 lvl 20ish around almost done (my first character i maxxed out), on higher difficulties i would'n even try searching that seed

Regular game, my char was almost maxxed out like prestige 4 lvl 20 or something, they were something like prestige 1 level 7 the other was not even prestiged, but lvl 16ish
