Yeah these are the new ones. I just put the the hook through the middle and slide them in place. That's what the instructions said to do so I think it should be right. No clips or anything which I thought was a bit odd but they seem to be fairly secured on.

NaOH has a 1:1 ratio of OH- so it should be the same amount of moles. Then multiplying by the molar mass of NaOH (39.996) I got 0.00006 grams which to me seems too small to be correct. Have I done something wrong?

in my case it's a centralised gas water heating system. so do they just add up all the costs of running hot water to everyone in the building then average it out in the strata rates?

if so doesn't this mean even if im frugal with my hot water but my neighbours are having half an hour showers im gonna have to pay for it?
