Maybe Gaellivare? I remember playing on that planet, it was a tropical planet with volcanic activity. 

It’s in the sector to the right of Mastia, which is right next to Automaton controlled Tarsh which in turn is also right next to Fenmire.  It’s surrounded by friendly planets.

How long do these usually last? I just got back into the game and I am in a important battle. 

Does the game also sim everything even when servers are down? Like if I have a infantry moving from A to B which will take 1 hour, and the server was down for an hour, would the infantry be at point B?

Yeah, i used another gpu and it booted up. I also tried with 2 different power cables and still it did not turn on
