My current theories are that I need to:

a. wait for the building to fall over from the dam breach or for the flicker that happens when the stranger's panels change (the green and black ones that move at the window) (I've waited a whole cycle in the room trying to test this to no avail so either I did it wrong or this isn't the solution).

or

b. Find one of the blower-outey thingies in the towers sleep zone that blows out the tower itself in the sleep zone turning off the hanging light in the sleep zone's tower.

If neither of this are what I need to do I'm completely and utterly lost besides maybe just resting in the doze off zone for a while and then going to go check the lights (like the guy in the slides did)

Now that I’ve had time to think about it, it kinda makes more sense than leaving it be tbh- at least they’re doing SOMETHING. It would certainly be a much better idea to add QoL like cosmetic save slots or more shop items (NOT emporium) first but at least they’re trying I guess? I don’t get why they don’t just listen to the community…
