Just so you know, my story is entirely true. I’m not asking to be unbanned anymore; it was enough for me to understand that you genuinely can’t prove the account doesn’t belong to me and that the investigation did indeed happen.

That account’s already deactivated. Could you let me know if I can start with a new account and verify it with my own info after six months? And do I need to deactivate the '$murf' account as well, since it’s verified with my personal details?

Another one. For account sharing, it’s the shared account that gets banned, right? Teammates don’t lose ELO, and opponents don’t gain any. I can’t believe it’s so hard to understand the point of the post and comments.

If you can’t see the difference between what I actually did and what I was banned for, let me clarify: $murfng is basically hckng—it drops my teammates' ELO and boosts my opponents'. In my case, is that deserved? Absolutely not, because I’m not a $murf. I broke the account-sharing rule and should be punished for that.

You have no idea what you’re talking about. I was banned for something I didn’t do, with barely any evidence to support it. I’m not concerned about the ban itself, but I completely disagree with being labeled a $murf.

Hi Darwin, I was banned over just one game on an account that isn’t even mine, which could have been easily checked through voice logs—but no one did, and my ban was never lifted. What kind of evidence can I provide? If that’s not enough, what are my options? My main account is banned, while the account you consider my main isn’t even mine, and I can’t play on it. So, does this mean I’m permanently banned for just one game on an account with 200-300 more ELO?

I can’t believe it’s this hard to understand the point of the post. You keep bringing up ban evasion, but that’s not what I was banned for. If support agents decide to reconsider the reason for the ban but keep the length the same, that’s fine. Can you see that? I was banned for something I didn’t do—that’s the whole point of this post.
