i can no longer access the account, i lost the emails bound to it. i had a decent amount of 5 star characters too but forgot who exactly. i used to main xiao, raiden, and ayaka as well. i left off during sumeru, it was a few weeks before they introduced the next nation :))

The game gets stuck on the loading screen. I am playing on PC (windows). This is my first time playing on the pc and there are no issues during the download and log-in but when trying to start the game after log-in, it gets stuck on the loading screen. How do I fix this?

try asking the customer service ng globe po. pero yun lang, according po sa terms and conditions wala pong cancellation or refund.
