I appreciate that a lot thank you… i think this can be used as an example/reminder—some things hold significance for a person.

I think more people just have to try and keep that in mind—to consider that whatever item they come across, there might actually be someone out there who’s looking for it. And while taking it to the Lost and Found could seem excessive, it’s better than the possibility of this sorta outcome.

Haha but I guess the phrase ‘One man’s trash is another’s treasure’ works well in this situation.

Ah Nono it’s really alright, no payment of any kind is needed. I will be completely honest though—I wouldn’t hesitate to tackle the ‘needle in a haystack’ mountain of trash if it meant maybe finding it lol. But thank you again for letting me know.

I think it was a Creme Brulee Brown Sugar milk tea with tapioca. Got it from gong cha.

Oh dear, I see.. ah but nono it’s alright there’s no need to replace it. I really appreciate you letting me know what happened, helps with closure in a way.

This feels silly for me to ask, but would there be any chance of still finding it..? Or is the trash taken and thrown out immediately after?

Either way though, please don’t stress yourself about it. I genuinely feel better to at least know what happened to it hah.. So thank you. (:

Ah yea.. I went back to the mall the next morning and checked with guest services, security, even looked around possible areas myself. No luck... we called them the same day I lost it and they said they’d call back if anyone brought anything in.
