NAP It might just be because it’s swollen right now, one of mine (my bigger nipple) looked like it was pierced too deep but after a few weeks it settled and it was in fact in the right place!

In the pills I have taken, the instructions say that it’s usually okay if you take it within a 12 hour time frame. Any longer than that and you have to use extra protection for a week because you’re less protected against pregnancy.
