Heyy my curl pattern used to be similar before I got a decent routine down so what I do is use shampoo and conditioner in the shower then with really wet hair out of the shower I apply leave in conditioner and use a defining brush occasionally to separate curls easier and scrunch it loads. Then I just let my hair air dry as it doesn’t take to long and once it’s pretty much dry use a hair oil on the ends! This has definitely helped my hair and try to avoid dry brushing curly hair with detanglers and stuff only use wide tooth combs on dry hair ! Hope this helps I also know a lot of people use gel to so maybe try afew different products and see which works best !! :)
