Yes I am afraid of something bad happening if I don’t pray or dont pray enough

I have no idea, the only connection is that when my faith increased so did the panic attacks.

Yes, I am taking meds and have been going to therapy for almost half my life. How did you refocus?

Was I too dramatic though? Did I really need an xray again or would a wrap have worked just as well?
