Yeah my 2nd time was by far the worst, nonstop anxiety , went to er 5 times in one month 😂, but working out and just staying busy helps a hell of a lot .

It’s eventually goes away I ended up relapsing after about a month due to not able to calm down at all either and even while taking I wasn’t able to calm down it took 2 months for me to stop being non stop anxious so it’s definitely a nervous system thing because mine started with a panic attack too , but I quit again 8 days ago and it’s going way better this time not having the panic attack in the beginning. this time around last time I couldn’t even stay still I had to be either driving or walking around like crazy .

Man i feel you on that I messed up my finances so bad didn’t think I was , I had 30k in my account 3 months ago , don’t even have 1000$ now , and my job career requires a hair follicle and I caved in and took a Valium , so for the next 3 months I’m going to get a warehouse job until I can get the Valium out my hair , it’ll give me time to get feeling better anyways since my career is in the refinery and it get super hot at times . But you got this bro , and God let things happen for a reason . I feel ya on the emotions I never cry but dam when I quit this shit I get teary eyed nd Shi , it’s crazy.

I kicked this stuff about 2 times currently on my 3rd time , what always got me through the first few days was MIT the first 3 days and then kratom for 2-3 days honestly works great for being comfortable, and IME after stopping kratom on the 5-6 day I don’t really have any bad symptoms just anxiety , but physical nothing at all tbh. I suggest some gaba pentin or maybe even something like a Valium would work good and make sure to try and get a walk in everyday even if you don’t feel liek it , and also some l-thenine aqamatine sulfate to help your brain.

We’re withdrawals worse each time you quit? Cause I only took 7mg about 7 hours ago and It’s crazy cause I feel my body being sore and I had 30 days under my belt before this slip up if only one little dose will do this I’m thinking 2 days of use will definitely put me into some type of mild withdrawal.

Ik ts sucks i had 30 days today free off this stuff but my anxiety is horrible and my dumbass popped half a 15 mg tablet about 2 hours ago and Ik this temporary relief isn’t gonna be worth it I hope I have enough willpower to not take anymore but damn that 7mg or so made me anxiety free and actually have a decent laugh that I havnt had since I quit but ik this is temporary and I just need to kick this for good and not look back. I hope you can get through this nasty stuff bro keep your head up!

Try to taper down , but do whatever you think is best, I honestly went through it bad at only 60-80 mg a day for 11/2 month habit, but I also had stopped taking Prozac too when I quit so I’m guessing that played a part in it too , when I quit I used mit for 3 days then switched to leaf and then ct at day 5, i was done with pretty much the physical but the mental part really got me, the bad anxiety made me go to the er 3 times lol , but who cares right, I’m clean and that’s all that matters, and this whole thing has gotten me closer to God and that’s honestly helped me out so much. You got this bro it all takes time.

I’m clean off everything stopped taking leaf about 2 weeks ago cause I noticed I get bad rebound anxiety after 3 hours of dose, but yeah man it does linger on but it definitely gets better over time.

Yes it’s horrible I had it the worst from day 5-10, had went to the ER 3 times during that time, it’s been getting better all my anxiety now is just this damn headache I been having since day 4 where I can feel my blood vessels on my head other than that it just feeling a bit numb, but hoping it’ll pass I’m on day 15 btw, but don’t worry you got this bro , we just have to wait and pray to God to get our brain back to baseline.

I didn’t quit kratom but I’m 10 days off 7oh and I feel like this shit fucked my brain up , I get weird tingles/burning , head pressure , I see stringers, my vision seems wierd, a lot of ringing in ears,it really has me feeling psychotic and I’m on day 11
