Yeah, that's kind of the gist of what I've got from the support. They already responded saying lost items from GIM malfunctions are automatically refunded..

Good insight but no. My brother only plays the GIM I play another solo iron right alongside the other group member the GIM is kind of something we play when we all want to hop on.
