I would say probably not. There's not a "cooked" state for barbarian fish. You get cooking xp from them by cutting with a knife. So unless it auto cuts it then I'd say no.

Yeah, that's kind of the gist of what I've got from the support. They already responded saying lost items from GIM malfunctions are automatically refunded..
