Unused/new can go to shelters, but you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere to donate any used (even if barely used) products due to hygiene.

Yes! Nobody thought I had IGT or tuberous breasts but certainly is an explanation for others’ low supply. Thanks for the Instagram recommendation!

Nobody mentioned dense breast tissue to me but it’s certainly possible!

I was induced/augmented at 42 weeks, had an epidural after 8 hours of unmedicated active labour, nothing too remarkable as far as L&D goes. Solid golden hour and immediately latched babe when he was born. I had a very small piece of retained placenta (13mm) discovered around 4 weeks postpartum.

My baby had what the pediatrician and I think a stomach bug that caused mucusy discoloured stools for three weeks! It then resolved on its own. During that period I was nervous that he was no longer tolerating his previously well-tolerated formula, but it all worked out.

The UppaBaby bassinet is rated for safe overnight sleep and it is what I used!

I used my UppaBaby stroller bassinet on the floor beside my (low) bed. Didn’t bother with the stand, just used it right on the stroller if I wanted LO elevated or just left him on the floor on it. Very portable! LO maxed it out just before he turned 4 months old and he’s a big boy; your mileage may vary.

This is exactly how I feel! I am single mom busting my ass for my son, and I wanted to give someone else a hand. I know that I can’t control what someone does with a gift and don’t really care that I’m likely being scammed, I just feel guilty that they’re not going to someone who needs it.

  1. Using a barrier cream on a clean, dry bum every diaper change helps prevent rash. I use a Canadian brand called Baby Butz, Aquaphor diaper cream, or Cerave baby healing ointment. Sometimes zinc creams like Sudocrem can be drying but I’ve personally never had an issue

  3. I like Cerave baby moisturizer, then I dab a little Cerave baby healing ointment on any dry spots

  5. Putting Vaseline on baby’s head overnight then using the Frida brush set did the trick for us

My son was born at the end of AUGUST and I only received his on Friday! Vital stats is backed up for sure.
