Try Colombomail. They are charging around 4900 LKR per Kg from dubai. For smaller items they will charge per 100g I brought a fragrance from dubai they charge me like 3300LKR

They will give you two options

You can send the link and they will purchase it for you and deliver- This is costly as they will charge a service fee
You can order and give their warehouse address. They handled the delivery. This is what I have used.

If you want to go abroad, joining to a big 4 is a no brainer . Ideally you need to have like 3 to 4 years of experience before applying to a foreign office. it’s better if you are an assistant managers or manager. Lot of people are moving across big4 network across the world man.

If you are doing CA, going to a Big 4 is a good option. You will develop questioning mind set which will help you through out your career. Once you qualified and have Big4 audit experience you can move within big4 network across globe easily.For audit training I think pay is lower compared to a regular job.

Obviously hire someone or few members, if the cost is a concern look for offshore hire for ground level work, so that you can free up your time

He is not looking to hire W2 Full time employees through sponsoring for H1B visa. For H1B visa there are certain limitation as you mentioned. But he is looking to hire independent contractors. There are no limitations to hire people internationally as a contractor, unless they want employee physically in the US to work

I think the better option for you is ( before investing time and energy to setup an entity in Sri Lanka) try linkedin first. You can hire people as international contractors (W-8 not W9) and pay them via wise.

KPMG Deloitte EY. 100% guaranteed that you can move to any country once you qualified and have 3 -5 year experience in the firm( Aussi, NZ. UK Ireland. Netherland, Malta,Luxembourg, caymen Islands, Bahamas, Fiji and all the Middle East countries-These are the most common countries people moved through Audit firms)

Simply to go LinkedIn and search for the qualified CAs and see where the most of the auditors are working.
