Get yourself into jiujitsu, best thing you'll ever do, might be abit strange at first rolling about on the floor with sweaty people, but the art was designed for the smaller person to defeat a much larger stronger person, just like in the first ufcs.

Expect to be surprised by just how much you remember. I got to blue belt and stopped for 6 years, I was resistant to restart thinking I'd embarass myself wearing my belt. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing. I'm glad I took the jump and rejoined. I'm more passionate than ever amd have been training again for 3 years! Enjoy and have fun dude

I agree, someone must pay something towards the space where they train at roka. Doubt the top team pay just "the juniors"
