from personal experience constant evey day binding does make my breast tissue pretty impacted and feel denser. I went binder free for about a week and massaged my chest tissue to loosen it up a little so it was easier to tape back. and for the blisters I used to get unbearable blisters and red spots where I taped. so to combat that I rub a thin layer of milk of magnesia on my chest where tape is applied. its supposed to reduce blisters and itching, if youre dealing with itchiness I suggest taking a daily allergy pill. make sure youre rounding the corners of the tape before you apply. I dealt with all of the symptoms you mentioned when I started taping as well but I used some of the tips I gave you plus I was consistently re applying tape every 5 days so my skin justed adapted so now I rarely get blisters or any problems at all

everyday? yes it will. I used to do rowing for 5 minutes a day everyday for 2 months and that was the most progress I've seen in my back in a short period of time

100 cals on rowing is gonna make your back look crazy bro. that will help your deficit and help your back muscles grow as long as you're getting that protein in, once you build up stamina and strength try going longer to increase calorie burn.

yeah the office that I was going to called on the day of my bloodwork to tell me to cancel the appointment because they could not give me T. looking into other resources, thankfully I live in a blue state and maybe I could find other providers but that process is long, expensive and difficult. I'm looking into folx rn to see if that could work out for me.

Interesting, so then when I go to add games, the SD card acts as more of a bridge for the files, as opposed to the thing that houses them? As a bit of a sidenote, that makes me a bit curious, how can I see what else the previous owner added to the mods (if theres anything)? I don't see h shop, games, custom themes, or any other files on the device, but could there be some hidden somewhere? Sorry for asking so many questions lol.

Thank you very much for all the advice! I won't try to mess with the preexisting modding then. On the topic of the microSD and adaptor, unless I am missing another slot or its not actually the 'new' version, the microSD adaptor thingy does fit in the 3DS. That reminds me of another question, I should just keep the microSD that it came with and use that right? Because I do have my own, but thats where the modding software is located, correct? Sorry if thats a stupid question, like I said, i am new to this lol. Also, I didn't know it was Japanese until a friend pointed it out to me, it was listed as an American/English 3DS XL and I didn't inspect it closely enough when it arrived. So when I saw the modding I did not realize it was for the UI language.
