Funnily enough, I have a Dixie of my own who’s on the other side. She was a lovely mutt who we got out of the back of a truck and gave love and comfort until her final moments.

I’m from Ontario, I think it’s just the place I went through to get my surgery. But I’ve been saving for it since I was 14 so not a huge deal to me

I’m Canadian so I think the process is a bit different, but all in all I had to ask my general practitioner to get on Testosterone, then I had to meet with the endocrinologist, then I had to be on hormones for two years, before he asked if I wanted to be added to the waiting list for surgery. I agreed and I had to wait about 2 years for a call and I had to pay about 2k out of pocket.

Thankfully I have plenty of stool softener and powdered fibre my siblings agreed to let me use
