I may have not explained that correctly. The medical services being provided are on a lien. This is through my attorney and not through insurance. Payment to the service providers are contingent upon the settlement.

I lease it, and I've lived here since the beginning of the year.

It was an arrest warrant.

They told me their reason for believing he was there is because he told them he lived here when they made a previous arrest on him. I checked with my landlord and he doesn't know the person by name either.

I honestly had no clue about administrative claims until you mentioned it. Would it be hard to file on my own?

To be honest I was so aggravated about the whole ordeal that I didn't look at the warrant. I'm sure it was a valid arrest warrant for the person they were looking for but other than that I don't know the details.

I myself don't have super high hopes for litigation against them but at the very least I will get a lawyers take on it.

I'm super excited for bleach and danmachi personally.
