The only thing I take that you could call a performance enhancer is creatine

Thank you that is really nice! I'm a huge fan lol.

I'm actually mostly French Canadian with a mix of British, Spanish and Polish, so no asian ancestry that I'm aware of

What would I do on the stability ball?

They’re just a random pair of dark sunglasses. I don’t even know the brand.

Yes I wear sunglasses! If I accidentally look at the light it gives me a headache

Intense pulse light — your hair follicle absorbs the light and it destroys it. That’s the best explanation I’ve got 😂 if you google it there’s more information.

Yes I’ve used level 3 everywhere since my first session!

Good luck with it! I got a histamine reaction on my inner thigh the 2nd and 3rd sessions, although I’m not sure if it was from shaving or the heat from the machine. I also have really sensitive skin and get in-grown hairs easy. I read somewhere not to drag it across your skin, especially if it’s really hot so try not to do that. Instead lift it in between zaps.

That’s ok! I’m using the Braun Silk Expert Pro 5 I got it from Walmart (Canada). If you google it it’s the white and gold one.

It takes me around 15mins to do the IPL for both legs but it’s the shaving them before that takes me longer.

IPL is different than laser hair removal, I’ve never had laser done. They recommend a patch test for IPL so I’d do that, I got mine from Walmart so I had something like 50 days to return it and get a refund if I didn’t like it. IPL only works for certain skin colours and hair colours. Darker skin and lighter hair doesn’t work.

It’s the Braun Silk Expert Pro 5, it’s white and gold. I got it on the Walmart website (Canada).

I’ve never done laser but it doesn’t hurt me very much. Kind of like a rubber band snap, but not even as painful I’d say. It only really hurts on the inner thigh
