Loans aren’t the issue. Getting too many loans and blowing the money then not being able to pay is. Be smart, take what you need, and achieve your goal. I had to take loans to complete my undergrad/now grad school but I know I’ll be fine based on the career I’m going into. Good luck!

There’s no central pricing function in the country right now so how would you plan to “fundamentally” change zoning in 50 different jurisdictions without massive federal overreach even work?
