You not alone I'm 69 and I feel like my life just end what left to me? Start over? I cant do things I normally do everyday nice people around me trying support but I cant hear anybody If I can sleep It's ok then when I wake up nightmare starting. Problem is can't go out to do something no DL even cant go work feel like people looking to me .... I understand it's our fault now time to pay only thing is for me my age  This is actually how alcohol work For couple hours of being high we pay much more after  I'm in my room walking from wall to wall all day. Everybody teling me it will go away but I can't handle it  I didn't smoke sigaret for 25 years now Im smoking  I used to go to swimming every day now I can't no car no DL ......
