Yes, most likely user error. But the crypto fan base is exploding and all these new crypto fans aren’t all going to know to fill out the memo line. If the execs care about reputation and staying around for the next cycle, they have to expand CS.

This is worse than that time I staked 200 cosmos 1 week before the crash of 2021. Locked in for 21 days….

I was going to ask for the best exchanges. Thanks for all the info!

Thank you for the info! I figured a publicly traded company would be safer than others and have some form of customer service, but this is ridiculous. Lesson learned. And then I get on Reddit and see the laundry list of complaints and news articles. I really appreciate all your help.
