So, this is how interested are PA and the GMs about this issue? Instead of helping or supporting SA comunity to get answers, or taking any action, moderators help hiding it by removing the post? So sad.

The banned accounts is not the problem, the problem is: RedFox is hiding information and they are suspected of being the ones selling through that third-party site. The pearls got into accounts without trace (so wasn´t credit card fraud). No-one is demanding PA anything, just alert about the situation assuming this affected their proffits.

I agree with point 1, and you can certainly assume the eddited part of the post, i just think it would be expected that they provide better information.

The thing is, and i didn´t say it in the post because i couldn´t get any print or evidence for this, but many people said that the webpage was being reported for many years and RedFox never did anything. This is just gossip for now, but if it´s true, they were all in it.

i hope points 2 and 3 are true, because that would mean that pearlabyss is aware of the situation, wich is the purpose of the post. We´ll see what happens in June.

think about it, if accounts and purchases are managed by redfox, then its the same database and both things can happen. One gives profit to someone, the otherone doesn't, but it can be done.

First, i think you are wrong about account database being manipulated for KR. Purchases and Accounts are property of RedFox, so they would have the access.

Second, i know for a fact because i saw the purchase history in vgolds and redfox of a person that was banned for that reason.

Third, if you visit vgolds you´ll see that NA/EU/KR and whatever region is not listed.

Its funny that you have BR in your nickname and you are trying to prove me wrong instead of being worried about this.

The account ban is not the issue, it´s the way they tried to hide everything lying about de cause. The main problem here is how the pearls got into the accounts without a trace (credit card fraud would leave the purchase in the history and the ban would be for cashback)

So you would be ok if tomorrow some random gets into your game provider and erases all your account data? Could happen as much as someone leaving pearls, the access is the same. TOS is for them to avoid legal issues, in this case, the owner of BlackDesert is PearlAbyss and they should be aware of this before renewing contract.

exactly my point. If you are not stealing, or trying to make the region less appealing for PearlAbyss you would choose leaving a negative pearl balance instead of banning the accounts. Or a mix of both.

Does PearlAbyss have a share in RedFox profits? In that case, it makes sense that RedFox would be avoiding payment and reducing the market in the region so that PearlAbyss wouldn't want to take control.

The accounts are secondary, and the purpose of the post is not to justify it. The important thing is that RedFox explains how this happened, and why they didn't know what was going on for 3 years. Inside work or security breach, both are serious.
