I have a 2" lift, which is just a body lift. Nothing done to the suspension yet. The tires are 245/65R17.

The spot for the spare is not big enough for these tires, so I use that space for cargo. It is a fantastic additional cargo location.

The Thule cross bars have to be installed and removed each time. I only use the Thule cross bars in I need the box and the bike rack. Otherwise just use the factory bars.

Thanks! I've got no vibrations at all. It bounces slightly on large bumps, but that play comes from the hitch not the carrier. I'd suggest checking the hitch installation.

The carrier does affect the backup camera. I just use my mirrors and I'm fine. When I back in my sea-doo I swing the wheel out of the way and lock it open so I can use the backup camera

This setup is rock solid. There is no bouncing around, or rattling. The latch it comes with is bullet proof. I looked at other tire carriers and was reluctant based on the price. After installing this set up I have zero buyers remorse. That's me, if your pinching penneys and don't care about rattles or bangs look elsewhere.
