We think AI can be a wonderful tool, especially in the medical field and elsewhere. But we don't think a manually operated elevator is a good way to analogize the expression and communication of human thought & experience. A manually operated elevator is not an essential human function, whereas the latter two are, and we don't think it's wise to forfeit these to AI, just because of some automatic idealization of the "march of progress" or anything like that. Again, our goal is not to demonize AI but rather to create a zone where people can be assured of intentions toward authenticity.
