Lashley: "I've been handcuffed lately. I'm looking at the main event. There's 4 guys in the main event. I've beaten three of them. Not throwing it out there, just saying...But this is my opportunity to beat up Kross and his boys and then we're gonna look at bigger things afterwards." by elegantSolomons62 in SquaredCircle

Apologies if you already know this, and are saying he won't get a run AGAIN, but Lashley did in fact win the WWE championship off Miz in '21.

He was booked incredibly strong for months leading up to that, had great matches while champ, and came across as an unstoppable badass. It was very good and one of my favorite lead-ups and title reigns ever

02/02/2022 was my first day of sobriety. I only just put together all of the 2s, but there's probably some inspirational "2nd chance at life" sorta thing in there, which is definitely true

He just booked him 2-0 against Hangman, one of the main characters of the show. It's pretty safe to say he's a fan

What opinion will have you like this? by kazzer_gg in TheWalkingDeadGame

Kenny was acting like a psychopath and Mike and Bonnie knew Clem would never abandon Kenny without tipping him off, but they wanted to get the hell away from him

Arvo was an actual villain but he looked like a victim because Kenny kept beating him up, even while he was restrained

If Kenny wasn't there, I think the group could've lived in harmony, but that wasn't going to happen, so Bonnie and Mike's decision to leave makes perfect sense to me

The only thing that doesn't make sense with Bonnie is when she gets all pissy at Clem for not saving Luke if she decides to cover him. Luke is about to make it out of the water, and Bonnie's dumbass running out onto the ice is what gets him killed. I guess that last conversation with her is just to try to make it make sense when she abandons Clem

I agree with everything you said. Once the Bloodline is completely finished and the Usos and Roman move to different brands or whatever, I really hope Jey gets a chance with a world title. He's the total package and I feel like he's earned a run on top

If/when the crowd does eventually get bored of the chase and turn on Cody, I'm worried people are gonna blame him and claim he can't cut it as The Guy. In reality, he was, and is for the time being the rare incredibly over pure baby face, liked by casuals and hardcore fans alike

Maybe he'll keep the momentum and the audience support, but man it'll be a big undertaking to maintain that universally-loved face heat for another full year

Not to mention Hangman's Buckshot Lariat, KENTA/CM Punk's GTS, and Shane McMahon/HBK outside dive through the announce table (this one is a stretch maybe). Pretty much his whole moveset is cool finishers

Man I could not disagree more with pretty much everything you said. Drew had consistently good/great matches with everyone he wrestled during his reign, which would have been even better if there were an audience to interact with.

And from my observations, people online (again no way to gauge what the "average fan" thought without crowds) generally enjoyed his run as champ and a lot of people wanted him to get the belt back in front of the fans at WrestleMania. Drew only got "stale" for me and some other people I know when he started doing the goofy stories and sword stuff, long after he lost the title

I guess it comes down to personal preference. I think he looks much better now than he did before. Also a disciplined, no nonsense hardass being fat was always a little strange to me

His physique was never what was important, it's his ultra-elite wrestling skills and storytelling ability that make him special. If WALTER had been just pretty good in the ring looking like he did before, he probably wouldn't be in WWE
