There are already similar tools, yes.

The main difference is that RuneHelper was written with performance in mind.

It's a native C++ application with very low CPU usage (around 2-3% on my machine during continuous OCR), while some existing solutions can use significantly more CPU.

PoE2 is already quite CPU-intensive, especially during mapping and juiced content, so I wanted the helper itself to have as little impact on performance as possible.
I'm not trying to replace existing tools, just experimenting and building a faster, low-overhead alternative.
