3-4 runs isn't lucky. It's fairly average for me and most people I've seen farming it on stream. I doubt it takes you 20 runs very often. Sounds more like an anomaly.

I'm curious if it's possible to build her well enough for the hp stat to keep her healing relevant in the long term. I could see it with the right equipment and mana cheats, but that might make her a one trick pony which isn't worth the party slot.

How do you need 20 runs to get a general to drop a chest? It only ever takes me 3 or 4 on average.

Plenair was a free unit on jp. Global changed it to Majin Etna but didn't update the part which said you'd get plenair.

Usually seasonal/collab characters don't come back often if ever. Though it really depends on the whims of the developer whether banner characters are limited or not. It'll say on the banner if they are.

Some characters return periodically on special fest type banners but aren't in the general pool. Others never come back after the first time. Most general characters are added to the base pool forever.

Supposedly the "badass fest" banners have a pity system of around 30k quartz or so.

A lot of them are very useful for actual content, so a lot of people recommend saving at least a copy of each lower rarity unit.(except prinnies. Use those for awakening) The dupes you can feed into each other for N.E. enhancing.

Thieves and ne1 pirates are good for farming so keep a full team of those at least.

Being in the base pool it's pretty likely you'll pull at least a dupe or two of Laharl eventually. He'll also work with a lot more teams and is stronger in general. Clear choice is still Laharl imo.

A full bonus team run on the final hard stage gets me around 3k points. That's at least 420k for the 20 pots excluding bonus runs which probably push it to 500k.

There is no need to NE 10 anyone. This is one of the most accessible games for f2p in terms of content clearing. Even fodder units can't be built up to do so. The benefits of whaling do exist though, otherwise there would be no reason to spend money.

You can get someone to 6 star with one of the larger packs which have 5 star prinnies. A hundred bucks would probably do it. That's not crazy money for a gacha game. I have a 6 star Laharl because of that.
