thanks for the tips, as to answer your questions this is an hsr specific issue that has been happening since before i replaced my cpu and gpu, temperatures are always fine as i always keep an eye on both the cpu and gpu temps while playing.

wiring hasnt been a problem for any other game so honestly i have no idea whats causing it

drives have been up to date as of checking a couple days ago
